I wanted to advise everybody that part of success, if you are building a sales team, if you’re the head of sales if you’re building your team with junior sales people or you’re a c-level exec building your company, you need to make sure that everybody is in the right seats and doing the right jobs. And you also need to make sure that if they are not, you need to move them either in the right position or you need to move them out of your company. You need to be thinking of these people, “Are these people you would have on your board of directors, giving me advice, advising me? Are they hard working?” the list goes on and on. Remember that when you are looking at your roster today and rate everybody and look at hem and see if everybody is in the right seats. Have a great day and always, Think Big!
