We Build What Your Business Needs
You See Problems. We See: Products · Time Savings · Productivity · Efficiencies

We Build the Products Your Business Wishes It Already Had.

We Build What Your Business Needs Next. We help businesses uncover hidden opportunities to:

  • Save time
  • Increase productivity
  • Accelerate growth
  • Make you money
  • Save you time
  • Cut costs

We don't start with technology. We start with your business. Then we design and build the tools, systems, automations, and AI solutions that help your people do their best work. Less friction. More leverage. Better business.

The Stuck Point

You know the one.

The report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday.
The process that only works because one person remembers all the exceptions.
The customer question your team answers the same way, forty times a week.
The thing you've been meaning to fix for two years because it's never urgent, just expensive.

Every business has one. Usually more than one.

You've stopped seeing it because you're used to working around it.

We're not.

Our Philosophy

We don't see tasks.
We see products.

Most people look at businesses through the lens of departments, people, and processes.

At Unlock Labs we look at them through the lens of products.

Every business is full of hidden products waiting to be built. We find them, we build them, and we put them to work.

01Every recurring task is a product.
02Every manual workflow is a product.
03Every bottleneck is a product.
04Every customer frustration is a product.
05Every missed opportunity is a product.
Every business has products it sells. We focus on the products it should have, and we ask one question: "If this were a product, what would we build?"
What We Build

What should exist
that doesn't?

Every engagement starts with that one question. From there, we help you build it. That could be:

An AI employee trained on your business
A sales copilot
A proposal generator
A customer onboarding experience
A pricing engine
An internal knowledge assistant
An executive dashboard
A workflow automation
A client portal
A recruiting system
A decision-support platform
…or an entirely new product no one has imagined yet.

Technology isn't the goal. Better business is.

Our Process

Discover. Design. Build. Use.

01

Discover

We start with what's broken. The manual workaround. The spreadsheet held together with hope. The process everyone tolerates because "that's just how we do it." We dig until we find the friction, then we ask what would make it disappear.

02

Design

We prioritize ideas based on value. What saves the most time? What creates the biggest productivity gain? What helps your people focus on the work only humans can do?

03

Build

Once we know what your business needs, we build it, or equip your team with the roadmap to build it. No unnecessary complexity. No shiny technology. Just practical solutions that deliver measurable results.

04

Use

We don't disappear after launch. We train your team, get it into their daily workflow, and stay close as your business changes, refining what we built so it keeps earning its keep.

Ship It Anyway book cover

Ship It Anyway

The true story of a comedian who built 50,000 lines of code and can't read any of it.

You don't need to know how to code. You need to know what you want to build. When the developers Jeff hired couldn't translate his vision into working product, he built it himself, with AI: 50,000+ lines of production code, a professional design system, and a live, paying-customer SaaS platform rebuilt from scratch in six months. No CS degree. No coding background. Zero chill.

A founder's memoir about showing up with a product vision, refusing to give up, and figuring it out one AI prompt at a time. It's the same philosophy behind everything we build.
