Meetings build trust.
Email moves information.
Texts clarify logistics.
The clients who pick up the phone and meet more people grow their business and sales faster.
You’re not bad at time.
You’re unaware of it.
Once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
You’re wasting more time than you think.
Not hours.
Minutes.
4 minutes a day saved = 24 hours a year.
Track everything for 3 days and see where your time actually goes.
48% of sales go to the first company that responds.
Most businesses take 42+ hours.
Some never respond at all.
That’s the opportunity.
Return every call.
Reply to every text.
Answer every email.
Every day.
Action plan:
Time block it.
Make it a top priority.
Do not end the day with open loops.
Most won’t do this. That’s why it works.
Most follow-up fails because it’s random.
This is what I advise my clients to do in every Month:
1. Create an editorial calendar.
2. Post value every day.
3. Follow up with intention.
One month. One plan. No guessing.
If you want to get ahead, do this.
If you want to stay ahead, systemize it.
Have the courage to create and map the plan. Don’t resist.
Have the courage to post—and build your brand now.
“Success without fulfillment equals failure.” – Tony Robbins
That quote was shared with me at the right time.
I was in corporate America. On paper, successful. But I wasn’t fulfilled.
I had wanted to start my own coaching company since I was 18. I was in my early 40s.
I was scared.
So I reached out to friends and family.
One mentor told me, “If you do nothing, you will regret it for the rest of your life.”
That was the moment.
So I built it. With fulfillment as the foundation.
Almost 11 years later, I still love what I do every day.
I ask my clients this often: Where do you want more fulfillment?
What will you do to get it?
Not someday. This week. Today.
