Dwoskin is a proven entrepreneur whose skills have been honed in the high-tech and commercial real estate sectors. Most recently, Dwoskin was the COO of the Hayman Company, a multifamily investment and property management company. As such, he led the firm’s restructuring efforts.
Prior to that, he was a VP Investments with Marcus & Millichap, where he successfully guided the firm’s Detroit office out of the recession, and expanded it to 45 agents who he actively worked with to grow their agent teams and bottom lines. Dwoskin also strategized, trained and improved agent skill sets, held them accountable to their business plans and coached them to remain open to new ideas.
Before launching a successful career in the CRE industry, Dwoskin created one of the first online marketing companies in the United States at the age of 23, a business he started in his parents’ basement. In 1997, he sold the company to USWeb, the largest Internet professional services firm in the world.
