Weekly or Bi-Weekly Team Call

We meet once a week to cover 1–2 chapters, aligned with a central theme—such as leadership, decision-making, communication, or team effectiveness, breaking down the key takeaways and discussing how they apply to real challenges in your organization.

This isn’t a book club. It’s a collaborative, solution-driven conversation on how to implement these ideas across all areas of your business.

Preparation Worksheet

Before each session, I send a worksheet that helps the team:

  • Identify key takeaways from the chapter.
  • Connect the reading to that week’s theme
  • Find areas where they, their department, or the company are stuck.
  • Brainstorm new, better ways to communicate, lead, and execute to create meaningful change

Action Plan for Change

Every session ends with a clear, actionable plan (specific, measurable, owner and deadlines)  to turn insights into measurable results—at the individual, team, and company level.
