The average person is distracted every 40 seconds at their computer. It takes more than 20 minutes to refocus once we’ve been completely distracted.
%
When we’re distracted or not managing our time effectively, 41% of the time we will not return to the task we were working on until later.
%
Only 77% of the time will we return that task the same day and more redundant work was found. The more we’re interrupted at a task, the harder we have to work to come back to it.
Mark, Gonzalez and Harris, 2005
Do the math:
If you turn 5 wasted hours/week into productive hours, you gain 20 hours of value each month!
20 hours x 12 months = 240 hours (6 weeks!) saved and replaced with productive time per year!
Determine what your time is worth per hour and multiply by 240. This is how much time and money you are wasting.
Now multiply that by everyone in your company and realize the wealth of time possibilities within your reach!
Another way to look at is, what could you do that can grow your business in those 240 hours?
Can you make one extra deal? Two? Five? More?
It’s time to tap into your FULL potential and maximize your time….
Let Jon teach you how to look at everything you do in a QUANTATATIVE way.
