2nd Half of Day

One-on-one coaching with team members or small group meetings to dive into where they are stuck and develop a plan for getting them unstuck and on track to overcoming the hurdles in their way.

Post-Training Follow-Up

The magic happens in the follow-up. Continuous coaching and guidance are essential to maintain momentum and avoid regression. Ongoing guidance is most effective through one-on-one or small group sessions conducted via Zoom, with detailed notes emailed to the team after each session. Recordings available upon request.
