Jon and Kelly discuss how retailers are changing their business models to serve customers and how we can support them during COVID-19.
Kelly Woodley is an Asset Manager and Director of Property Management for First Holding Management Company, located in West Bloomfield. Kelly has been with First Holding Management since 2008. Her current management portfolio includes approximately 400,000 square feet of retail, 150,000 square feet of office, and 450,000 square feet of industrial property in the Metro Detroit area.
As the Asset Manager for Orchard Mall in West Bloomfield, Kelly recognizes the importance of harvesting mutually beneficial partnerships within the community. Over the past 10 years, Kelly has served on the board of directors, and is a past President, of the West Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce.
In addition to her role with the chamber, Kelly has been instrumental in hosting numerous events at Orchard Mall in effort to support many of the local West Bloomfield charitable and non-profit organizations, as well as coordinating various events with Orchard Mall’s business owners. These events are an essential component of marketing for the retail and service businesses located within Orchard Mall, and have also been very effective in establishing Orchard Mall as a community destination that takes pride in supporting and giving back to the Greater West Bloomfield community.
Kelly is a current member of The International Council of Shopping Centers, The West Bloomfield Optimist Club, The Chaldean Chamber of Commerce, and the West Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce.
