While Josie was part of the catering co for a short time in the mid 90’s, she went off to create a business called Entertainment by Design. Julie is the Co-Owner of Annabels & Co. Catering with her husband Erik Herman and friend Brad Dockery. They discovered this method of cooking the salami chip back in the day when fat and meat were evil. Flash forward to today when Keto is all the rage.
