Robert’s experience includes founding and leading training industry success stories Lifespring and ARC International. These companies graduated over 1,300,000 people from powerful experiential seminars. As CEO he has lived and worked in Tokyo, Hong Kong and China for a total of 21 years.
Robert is a Baden Powell Fellow of the World Scout Foundation and a Fellow of the World Business Academy. He serves on the Board of Directors of Plant It 2020. Having had the privilege of adopting two special needs children, he is an active supporter of the Kempe Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Child Abuse and Neglect plus the Adoption Exchange.
Robert White authored the essays for the award-winning photo essay One World One People and his best-selling book Living an Extraordinary Life has been positively reviewed by Ken Blanchard, Jimmy Calano, Tom Crum, Jerry Jampolsky and many other educational experts and business leaders. Its two Chinese editions are also now best-sellers and the Spanish edition will be published in early 2021.
