Mitch McGinley is a former studio owner, licensed Business Broker, and Exit Planning Advisor specializing in boutique fitness, health, and wellness business sales and acquisitions. Originally working in hotel management, Mitch transitioned into the wellness space by buying and selling a yoga studio, which led to becoming a Mindbody Certified Business Consultant and Faculty. After successfully selling his own studio in 2019, he launched Boutique Fitness Broker, where he’s helped facilitate over 60 transactions, transacting more than $10M in 2024 alone. Mitch is a frequent speaker at industry events, known for his actionable insights and real-world expertise in planning profitable exits.
