Fabian Calvo is a longevity industry executive and pharmaceutical supply chain
strategist who has built, scaled, and led multiple companies across the compounding pharmacy, API sourcing, and clinic fulfillment ecosystem.
He currently serves as Interim CEO and Member of the Board at WellSync Rx, a
longevity medicine and strategic sourcing company based in Los Angeles.
Fabian is also Co-Founder of four interconnected ventures that span the pharmaceutical supply chain:
Gatlan (2022) — A longevity medicine platform based in Los Angeles
NuCare API (2023) — An active pharmaceutical ingredient sourcing company
based in Orange County, California
BoomRx (2024) — A pharmacy portal and technology platform for physician
practices, based in Tampa, Florida
ProRx Pharma (2024) — A 503B outsourcing facility based in Exton, Pennsylvania
Together, these companies form an integrated infrastructure for longevity medicine from raw ingredient sourcing to compounding to clinic fulfillment — giving Fabian a rare end-to-end view of the pharmaceutical supply chain.
His work extends into regulatory and policy engagement. Fabian has participated in
direct discussions with FDA leadership, including meetings with Dr. Martin Makary, on issues ranging from peptide reclassification (the recent Category 2 to Category 1
transition) to the SAPIR initiative — the federal effort to reshore active pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturing to the United States.
At BoomRx, Fabian is helping build what he calls "the only pharmacy portal a physician practice needs" — a technology platform that consolidates multi-pharmacy workflows into one system with flat-rate shipping to all 50 states, live tracking, access to 300+ medications (many with extended Beyond-Use Dates), and best-rate pricing.
Outside of his operating roles, Fabian advises elite founders, executives, and high-net-worth individuals on longevity and performance optimization. He publishes Long Live, a weekly newsletter on the intersection of longevity, performance, and what he sees from inside the supply chain.
