I've had Dr. Tim Royer & John Wierenga - the co-founders of Inner Armor on Coffee with Jon twice now.
Once to talk about the company itself and the other with an actual client sharing the results he got from the program,
After hearing both, I wanted to try it myself.
Dr. Royer and John sent me the tools. I did the tests at home.
On this episode, John and Dr. Royer walked me through my own brain, breath, and heart data, live, on air.
Not a personality quiz. Actual data. EEG on my brain. A belt tracking my breathing. My heart's real-time response to stress.
Here's what I learned:
Most of us are guessing about how we're really doing. We say "I feel fine" or "I'm handling it." But feeling fine and functioning at your best are two different things.
The program doesn't chase symptoms. It goes upstream. Breath first, because that's where the energy comes from. Then the heart, because it responds directly to how you breathe. Then the vagus nerve, your body's built-in brake pedal. Then the brain itself.
Eight minutes a day. That's it to start.
What got me wasn't the tech. It was the mindset behind it. This isn't about fixing something broken. It's about finding the last five percent most of us never go looking for.
I don't know what your baseline looks like. Most people don't.
But if you're curious what your next level actually requires, maybe it starts with finding out where you stand today.
