Creating Equality for Women in the Workplace
-
Andie Kramer and Al Harris are married, practicing lawyers who have been mentoring women and speaking and writing about gender communication for more than 30 years.
Through their writing, their keynotes, and their global workshops, Andie and Al help multinational organizations better understand the power of gender in the workplace, providing concrete, non-disruptive suggestions for workplace changes to make women’s career opportunities more comparable to men’s.
With their mentorships and books, Andie and Al offer women unique, balanced, and highly practical advice they can use to prevent gender-related conflict from slowing or derailing their careers. They also present compelling insight and examples for male audiences to drive awareness and sensitivity to the gender biases that hold women back—even in the most well-intentioned organizations.
Andie and Al recently co-authored It’s Not You, It’s the Workplace: Women’s Conflict at Work and the Bias that Built It. In this book, they share communication and relationshipbuilding
skills to empower women to build strong, supportive sisterhoods, all in pursuit of breaking through that glass ceiling together.
