Most opportunities don't come with a manual.
2. Claim the expertise. Then back it up.
Tom told a Army colonel he was ""the leading authority in small arm storage."" No one could argue. No one else existed. Then he spent 18 months making it true.
3. Struggle is the strategy.
Losing everything forced him to see what was hiding in plain sight. Today — consumer products are 85% of his business.
