We are all busy and it seems like we are always trying to find out a way to squeeze a workout in here and a workout in there. So here’s an app called the 7 Minute Workout Challenge. It’s a high-intensity workout, and you do a bunch of different exercises done in seven minutes. I love using it. There are many different versions, but this is the one I’m using. Check it out.
