Hey, everyone. I’m Jon Dwoskin, an executive advisor and business coach. I work with successful business people who are stuck and want to take their business to the next level. Today, I will share with you some of my favorite things, which may help you grow not only your mindset, but also your business. Take what works for you and shelve the rest for later, or share with someone you know will benefit. Get ready to grow your business big. Very big.

Everybody, welcome back. I appreciate you listening to this installment of My Favorite Things to Grow Your Business.

My favorite book: Confessions of a Pricing Man. If you’re not sure what to charge, this book is made for you. Check it out. I think you will really benefit from it.

My favorite podcast: BBC Global News Podcast. Solid podcast with great, straightforward information so you understand what’s going on in the world.

My favorite thing: transcendental meditation. I meditate every day. I used to do Silva Mind Method for about a decade. I’ve done TM for many, many, many years. I find it great to be able to turn my brain off and to slow down my thoughts. I say that slowly on purpose. Check it out. Meditation, I think, is a huge part for everybody, that they should be doing in their life – specifically business people – so you can just slow down for a minute.

My favorite app is called Pacer. Great workout app and I think you’ll get a lot from it.

My favorite TED Talk: The Secret Sneaker Market and Why It Matters. Really cool to even see what sneakers are today. I know when I was younger, I used to get my shoes at Kmart and it’s hard to believe that they are what they are today.

My favorite quote: “I can accept failure -everyone fails at something. But I can’t accept not trying.” Michael Jordan.
