Phil Moser is someone who has a passion for two things in life: helping people and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He decided to combine the two by becoming a personal trainer. Designing specific routines and workouts, online or in person, he helps his clients achieve their physical goals and teaches them healthy lifestyle choices.
A martial artist since the age of six and working with a handful of mentors, Phil has grown up with a passion for teaching people how to safely dominate their fitness goals without getting lost in the hype of the fitness world. Specializing in multiple training genres light weight loss, strength, and flexibility, he developed not only a successful number of clientele locally around metro Detroit, but is also designing programs for clients online as well.
