Diane Carr’s professional experience began when she was 14-year-old dishwasher in a restaurant kitchen. Her journey from then to now has enabled her to be a long-standing member of the James Beard Foundation and the Chaine de Rotisseurs.

Diane’s extensive experience in hospitality public relations, event planning and marketing enabled her to land a position as general manager of a four-star award-winning inn and restaurant in New Jersey.

She is a dedicated, hard-working professional who expects as much from those around her as she expects from herself. Diane believes in the “team” concept that no one individual is good at everything.
