In order to Think Like a CEO, every CEO-minded person should take time to answer these two questions:
• What is my business plan, road map, and playbook for ultimate business growth and fulfillment?
• How can I include a partner who will help in decision making so that I stay consistent in my approach and in the implementation of my plan?
Every successful company got to where they are because they had a plan and shared in their successes with others.
Take five minutes of executive time, every day for ten days, to answer these questions. Each day, push yourself to implement your plan and take action!
