How to Think Like a CEO: Are You Flying by the Seat of Your Pants?

Flying by the seat of your pants in business will never lead to growth. Wishing and hoping that your business grows will never take it to the place you want it to be.

Einstein famously said, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” As CEO-minded people, we must look at our business plans constantly and ensure they are leading us down the right path.

To step onto the proper path of growth, every CEO-minded person in your company should ask themselves these questions:

  • Does our company have systems and processes in place that we need in order to grow?
  • Do we have the team in place to hold everyone accountable?

Systems, processes, and accountability. Each of them play their part in our company’s growth, and each are equally important. By having a plan in place and working that plan ferociously, your business will be poised for growth.

Take five minutes of executive time every day for ten days to answer these questions. Each day, push yourself to implement your plan and take action!

Evaluate your leaders, work your plan, grow your business.

Think BIG!
