How to Think Like a CEO: Is Everyone Sitting in the Right Seat?

The people you employ are the heartbeat of your company. They are the main variable that sets the tone for your company’s culture and ultimate success.

To make sure your people are helping to create the culture you want in your business, you must answer this question:

  • Do I have the right people in the right seats and are they all great?

In order to get your people in the right seats, you must know what makes them tick. As a leader, you need to ensure that your people are performing the tasks they were hired to complete. You also need to make sure they are all aligned with your company’s — and their own — core values so that they can produce the best possible work day in and day out.

Take five minutes of executive time, every day for ten days, to answer this question. Each day, push yourself to implement your plan and take action!

Get your people in the right seats and watch them flourish. Then, watch as your business takes off!
