Do you remember the watershed moment in your life when you felt inspired to do what you do? If we plan to grow our businesses to new heights, we cannot do it on our own. We need outside influences to inspire us to reach further and become better versions of ourselves.
In order to grow, every CEO-minded person must answer these questions:
- Who has inspired me?
- Do I have the ability to influence?
- Do people in the company have the ability to influence?
- Who are my mentors?
Inspiration is a cyclical process. We become inspired and then seek to inspire those under our employ. This creates a sphere of influence that fosters a growth-mindset culture, leading to improved processes, plans and people.
Take five minutes of executive time every day for ten days, to answer these questions. Each day, push yourself to implement your plan and take action!
Every day that you don’t get better, you get worse. So, never stop learning. Never stop growing!
