Now that we have reached the end of the year and the holiday season, it is time for some deep reflection. This reflection should focus on the culture of your company. The culture you create as a business leader will be the barometer that will determine just how BIG your business can and will grow. 

By answering these questions, every CEO-minded person will have the framework to evaluate their company’s culture:

  • Do I have the right healthy culture?
  • Does the CEO call every new hire?
  • Does the company have a fun committee?

Culture starts at the top. Company leaders set the tone and determine the culture of your business. By consistently demonstrating the right type of culture, you can inspire your team and give them a reason to invest in your vision.

Take five minutes of executive time, every day for ten days, to answer these questions. Each day, push yourself to implement your plan and take action!
