I don’t know if this is a business tip or just some knowledge of the day because I thought it was crazy. There is now a proposed name and phobia for being out of mobile phone contact. It’s called nomophobia. So, I just thought it was hilarious and a reminder for us to put our phones away consciously, maybe at a certain time before we go to bed or maybe for five or 10 minutes during the day…or put it in a drawer during a meeting, so we don’t get nomophobia. That’s it. Just wanted to share that with you. Do what you can to limit your cell phone use when you really don’t need it, so you don’t get nomophbia. Have a great, and always, Think Big!
