It’s really important that we take time to let our clients know and understand what we are doing, telling them and sharing with them on every process of the continuum. It’s really important that we spoon feed the information. It’s not that we treat them like educated adults, but it’s really important that we don’t gloss over and assume they know things. Spoon feed the info. Give it to them so they understand what you’re doing and telling them. Test them to make them understand and make sure they’ always on the same page as you are. And understand not only what you’ve done, what you are doing what you plan on doing. It will save a lot of miscommunication when you get to the end of any transaction and make it more comfortable all the way through. Have an amazing day and always, Think Big!
