There are some keys that are essential to growing a successful company and to not only growing it, but to starting it, taking to the next level and differentiating yourself from your competitors. Those keys to a successful company are bringing in new clients, retaining your current clients and having the culture internally that allows you to externally give your clients an experience they can really feel. I want you to ask yourself: Am I bringing in new clients? Am I retaining my current clients and what’s the culture like inside my company? What is the culture perception outside the company when they walk in the door and are they feeling what we want them to feel? Think about that and ask yourself these questions.
