Jon talks with Elie Levy, CEO/CIO of Sunwave, a healthcare technology company, about how companies can learn how manage their entire operation.

Elie Levy has been the CEO/CIO of Sunwave, a healthcare technology company, since its inception in 2014. Sunwave is a comprehensive platform that helps substance abuse treatment facilities and behavioral health facilities manage their entire operation. The platform has evolved from electronic medical records and customer relationship management to a more comprehensive offering, including revenue cycle management, alumni management, patient engagement, and telehealth solutions – all under Elie’s leadership. Today, Sunwave is truly a one-of-a-kind platform without any singular products that compare.

Before launching Sunwave, Elie was the founder and CIO of Silnium; a development firm focused on Oracle Fusion middleware, Amazon cloud, and mobile application development. Earlier in his career and leading up to his CEO position, Elie was a senior director of Enterprise Architecture for World Fuel Services. There Elie led the IT team with overarching IT strategy and was an executive member of the team as the company reached $40B in revenue. At Office Depot, Elie was an Applications Development Architect who led the e-commerce implementation, which gained $5B in revenue for the company. During his tenure, Office Depot’s e-commerce platform was ranked first in performance and reliability ahead of Amazon and reached second place in revenue.
