Ellen Yashinsky Chute, LMSW, ACSW, is the president of Empowerment Partners. She is a clinical social worker who provides psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, as well as consultation in the workplace. Ellen was the Director of Behavioral Health Services and Chief Community Outreach Officer at Jewish Family Service of Metro Detroit, where she worked for 24 years and was honored with the prestigious Berman Award for Outstanding Professional Service in 2010. She was an adjunct professor at the University of Michigan School of Social Work for more than twenty years. Ellen is the author of the book, What Drives You? and the What Drives You? podcast.
