I’m still a work in progress and wanted to share some things I have and continue to learn in my 50 years.
- It’s okay to ask for help and share that you’re having a bad day. That makes you strong, not weak.
- Tell someone you love them, appreciate them, are grateful for them, and/or thank someone at least once a day.
- Find your voice. When you do, it’s a game changer.
- Share your pain. It will help others and heal you.
- Pausing is an important part of your day and life – especially when you don’t know what to do or say.
Share your lessons with the world. You never know who needs to hear/read your words and wisdom!
