What they don’t have is the right structure around it.
My job isn’t always to give them answers.
It’s to help them see the puzzle differently, move a few pieces, and suddenly everything clicks.
Sometimes that’s all it takes to unlock something that’s been sitting right in front of them and get them unstuck and thinking BIGGER!
