Today’s tip is really to start or evolve or get to the next level of finding your voice. Find your voice as a leader within your industry within your company, within your division. For whatever level you’re at, find your voice. That means how can you be yourself, find your voice, articulate what you are thinking in a way that can influence people and also in a way that’s true to yourself and you’re not trying to be what corporate might want you to be. Really spend some time thinking about this. The sooner you get to your voice, the sooner you’re going to grow at an insane momentum.
