Get out a piece of paper. I have a question for you. I want you to write down your two top competitors. Not three, not one. Your top two competitors. I then want you to write down three ways in which you differentiate yourself from your competitors. I then want you to write down two reasons that you think you lost your last two deals to those competitors. And then one, I want you to call every single person that you lost a deal from to your competitor. See how it’s going and see if you can get the next piece of business. Do that today! And always, Think Big!
