Today I want to give everyone a reminder on what a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) Development Analysis is. It basically is where you look at all of your goals: your strengths, your weaknesses, your opportunities and threats. We are halfway through 2016 and it’s a really good time to look at your business plan and do a SWOT analysis on every one of your goals, and how they’re lining up to your business plan this year, next year, your five-year plan, etc. Check this out if you haven’t. This is a friendly reminder to do so if you haven’t. Have a great day and always, Think Big!
