Today it’s about not taking no for an answer, and being confident. As people growing their companies, whether your sales people or C-level executives it doesn’t really matter. No is not an option. It is sometimes. But don’t take it at face value. Always look for another way, another perspective, another angle. That’s what business is all about. So, I really don’t want you to settle into no. Expand your mindset and look at different perspectives and see if there are different ways of doing things or asking different questions to get people to have the confidence and the conviction to step up into their capacity to a yes. Have a great day and always, Think Big!
