The most important thing that we can do as business people for every company in the world is to make sure our follow-up with clients is impeccable. A CRM assists us in doing that. There are many CRMS out there but I want to introduce you, or reintroduce you to, Salesforce.com. Many companies use it, and many companies like it. I think it’s worth exploring. If not Salesforce.com, there are other options that will be in future Tips of the Day, or you can call me and we can discuss what’s right for you and your company.
