The most important thing that we can do as business people for every company in the world is to make sure our follow-up with clients is impeccable. A CRM assists us in doing that. There are many CRMS out there but I want to introduce you, or reintroduce you to, Salesforce.com. Many companies use it, and many companies like it. I think it’s worth exploring.
