I want to ask you a question: Who or what is a bottleneck in your business? I want you to take some time to figure out who that is. A lot of times, we have to make some really tough decisions to get those bottlenecks away – and remove them so we can grow our business. Sometimes that’s having the wrong person in the wrong seat or the wrong person in the company and we have to take them out of the company. Sometimes it’s having to look in the mirror as a business owner knowing that we have to do things differently and create the road map to make that happen. Be realistic.
