Today your Tip of the Day is to ask a clarifying question. A lot of time clients say to me, I answered a question that somebody asked me – one of my clients or a prospect – nut I didn’t really know what they meant but I answered it anyway and go tall fumbled. Here’s what you do: When somebody asks you a question and you don’t understand it and need clarity, you simply say the following, “Mr. Client, how do you mean?” They will then give you further detail and you can keep asking that question and it’s going to give you the clarity you need to answer that question so you’re on point. Have a great day and always, Think Big!
