Welcome! We are building on five rules for success in business to establish trust. Today it’s about being consistent every day. Remember that everything compounds, and it’s one of my favorite books by Darren Hardy – The Compound Effect. Would you take a million dollars today or a penny that doubles every day for 30 days? Everything compounds negatively as well. If you’re doing things, and you’re not consistent, and you’re consistently inconsistent, that’s what creates a toxic environment and culture within a company. Be consistent every day because everything compounds.
