Everything in business isn’t easy. And growth isn’t easy. Certain people in the organization aren’t easy to communicate with. There’s a lot of kryptonite that gets in our way. So this is a reminder to make a list of all those kryptonites and fears. Don’t let them hold you back. You have to keep moving on and say no to kryptonites. It’s so common: whether it’s been someone who has been toxic in the organization, but you are scared to let go. It doesn’t matter…whatever it is. Break through those fears. If you can’t, reach out to your resources to help build you up and give you the tools on how to get past that. Do it, kick some ass and don’t let kryptonite get you down.
