Today I want you to look at your entire organization and your team. I want you to make sure you have the right people in the right seats...Without having the right people in the right seats, you can’t grow to where you want to grow. So, you have to adjust people and make some tough decisions. A lot of times, people know they have the wrong people in the right seats, but they don’t do anything about it (because it’s the holidays or end of the year, etc.). Nobody wants to be a scrooge. But, everybody’s got to adjust, move people or do things that are difficult to do, by putting people in the right seats. The worst thing you can do for your organization is have the wrong people in the wrong seats because it becomes toxic and then your business cannot grow to the capacity that you want it to. Pay attention, make a list of all the people in your org and what they are supposed to do and what they are doing. Compare the notes and determine if they are in the right seats. Then, you’ve got to make some decisions. Have a great day, and always, Think Big!
